    The CabinSmiths did a great job on the exterior of our log home in Seven Devils, NC. They washed, cleaned, repaired, caulked, filled holes, replaced logs where needed, and applied new stain and sealant. In addition to bringing the exterior logs back to like-new condition, they also cleaned and stained/sealed our wood porches which extend across the front of the house. We had to reschedule multiple times, once due to Hurricane Helene (!) and a couple of times due to rainy Spring weather. It was never their fault. They always showed up when they said they would and always double checked to make sure everything was done properly and nothing was missed. They were polite, professional, and never left a mess. The cost was less than two other estimates we received. We are well pleased and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for exterior log home maintenance or even deck cleaning, repair, and staining on a traditional home. They are located in Raleigh and will work anywhere on the east coast. Also, the communication with them was always prompt and courteous. Very satisfied!

  • Yes, The CabinSmiths is fully insured with liability and worker's compensation insurance, per regulation. We have a zero incident record and prioritize safety and quality in every job we undertake.

  • Yes. At The CabinSmiths, we stand by our work and want you to be as confident in our services as we are. We stand behind the warranties on the products we use. Most importantly, if it’s not right the first time, we will make it right.

  • The CabinSmiths is family owned and operated. Our workers are either skilled family employees or highly qualified team members who regularly work with us and know our standard operating procedures.   • Our estimates are free. We have a contract designed to protect both parties. Unlike most log home repair and restoration specialists, we require only 30% down and a signed contract in order to claim your place in our seasonal schedule. Any change orders after the contract has been signed will be formally written and added to the contract so that you are protected and the work is assured. The balance of the contract, plus any change orders, is due upon completion.
